Each of our team members is multilingual and has branch and organizational career experience gathered from working in different cultures. We ensure that each of our team members has trainer experience, knowledge of the theoretical concepts of the subject, intercultural didactics and sensitivity in process management.
Each of us is able to utilize different methods and to handle different formats such as facilitation, lecture, training and team development. While each trainer possesses a university degree or the equivalent in experience, her/his qualifications are continually expanded and updated through additional training and certification (coaching excellence, organizational development, NLP, training skill enhancement).
