consilia cct: create culture together is an interdisciplinary, creative and cooperative service provider with a huge network. We cooperate with other specialized and for our clients needs complementary companies. Our institute is specialized in instructing and developing cultural competence for firms and organizations as well as in assisting individuals of today's global society in their personal development.
Together with our clientele, we work on resolving issues where culture and people come together, for only few of us have received sufficient instruction in developing these skills - skills which are decisive for success in the market place as well as for one's own personal development.
Our approach can be defined as entrepreneurial on the one hand, yet scientific on the other. Our clientele profits from this approach in which we combine business experience with science, coaching with therapeutical work, just as we combine a maximum of empathy with stringency, structure and business-oriented thinking.
