For most services there is no such thing as copyrighted concepts. Licenses and certifications which can be acquired offer no indication of their quality, even when earned from "famous" organizations, as no form of standardization exists. This is even more true on the international level.
We contribute actively to increasing professionalism by clearly defining and practically applying our concept of quality while participating in professional associations.
To insure professional and reputable endorsement, we attach value to profound technical and methodological qualifications, clearly defined and transparent criteria for our selection of experts, a high degree of practicality, first-hand knowledge of branch, role and working place as well as personal working experience abroad.
We practice a systematic procedure based strongly on scientific standards and we work with strictly regulated concepts. It is a matter of course for us that all measures are evaluated (see Evaluation Forms for Training). We also require team observation, collegial coaching and full recognition of one's abilities and limits.
Learning never stops for us. We maintain our high standards by regularly attending continuing education courses and through peer consulting and supervision.
