...with leadership responsibilities who need to reflect on their management duties, position and responsibility for developing personal or entrepreneurial goals or during cultural, virtual or strategic change processes in their organization.

...in the human resources sector, in continuing education or counseling areas with strategic and teaching duties, e.g. multiplicators, scientists, personnel officers, study leaders, educators, trainers, consultants, freelancers, coaches.

...who work in virtual contexts which span distance and/or time and in projects with high complexity, e.g. project directors, members of virtual teams, global key account managers, auditors and quality controllers

...in physically or mentally taxing jobs or with duties in a high-risk environment involving responsibility for others' lives, e.g. aboard aircrafts, in hospitals, in police departments, in security jobs but also in clinical institutes and in one's own therapeutic practice
